The Yamaha FC4 sustain pedal has been in production for many years, for several good reasons - it's very well built, it feels like a piano pedal, and it offers a lot of variation in the amount of sustain that's engaged, depending on how fully the pedal is depressed. A captive 6' cable terminates with a 1/4" jack.
